Local Village,Market and Tonle Sap Lake Shared Tour

See how the locals live their lives!

We'll begin the tour after breakfast with a tuk tuk. We'll head out to a local community to see their living situation, culture, and how they educate their families. The purpose of this tour is so we can motivate the parents to not allow their children to drop out of school. We'll also visit a local market, where we'll meet some of the sellers on the local food and vegetable stalls. You can see the local markets and pick up a bargain while you're there.

We'll be a long way off the tourist trail and can enjoy a meal at a local restaurant. You can taste the authentic Khmer food cooked in local restaurants. There are many different types of Khmer food and we're sure we can find something everyone will enjoy.

TOUR INFORMATION

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Boat fee is $25 per person.
You are advised not to bring valuables with you on the tour.
You must cover your knees and shoulders when entering the temples.
Payment is required before starting the tour. It can be paid to the driver/guide on the day.
We require 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled starting the tour, otherwise we will charge you cancellation full fee.
